Nina Kosin, began playing the piano at the age of 5 in Russia, and started teaching at the age of 18 while attending prestigious Gnessin Russian Academy of Music in Moscow. She has just over 50 years teaching experience and custom designs her teaching instruction to the students individual needs.   In the United States Nina, has worked with the Kirov Academy of Ballet, taught at George Washington University and Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts. In Alexandria, she has taught at Gordon Keller Music and DelRay School of Music. Her true passion is private instruction to children.  Many of her students, have gone on to large universities as music majors.  Her students have performed as guests at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and Carnegie Hall.  Nina, loves to teach and takes pride in her career, her students reflect not only her training but the passion of music.
