BEN GREEN

Saxophonist Ben Green has had a passion for music his whole life. Ben holds a degree in music from the North Carolina school of the Arts, and a music teaching certification from Towson University. A ten year veteran of teaching in public schools, Ben taught band, orchestra, chorus and general music for students at the elementary, middle and high school levels. As a performer you can see him playing with his original funk rock band Soundwaves Funk Collective all throughout DC and Baltimore. Ben is overjoyed to be teaching woodwinds and piano at the Del Ray School of Music.
