Del Ray Jazz Combo

$570 per 12 week session (ages 8 - 18)
The Del Ray Jazz Combo is open to middle and high-school
students who are interested in learning how to improvise on
their instrument. No experience with playing jazz is
necessary, it’s a great space to learn for the first time!
Rehearsals will involve listening to recorded examples,
learning how to play with a group sound, developing your
solo, trading fours, and will feature diverse styles of jazz
music.
Rehearsals are 90 minutes long held weekly at the Del Ray
School of Music location on Mt. Vernon Ave. Please contact
us if you are interested in joining at any point in the
semester. For intro materials click here: (music link)
